Thank you for your interest in Chesapeake Commons! We are one of the more prominent historical renovations in Baltimore's revitalized urban center. The building is classic with dramatic architectural design.

We offer a variety of unique multi-level floorplans to match your individual personality and style. One, two and three bedroom apartments are available with washers/dryers, wall-to-wall carpeting, skylights, some spiral stairs, and fully equipped kitchens with microwaves. Some private decks overlook our landscaped courtyard which includes gas grills for residential use.

An exercise/entertainment center, on-site parking and dry-cleaning services are also available. In addition, Chesapeake Commons has 24-hour front desk attendants and monitoring systems. We are also a pet friendly building!
